Hcg Quick Weight Loss Diet & You

My name is Kenney & I have lost over 65 pounds using Homeopathic Hcg.

Hcg oral drops are a super way to lose some serious weight…I have been using the product for about 4 months now & have had great success…I did however reach what is called an Hcg Plateau…I was on my 3rd round of Hcg & I was not losing any weight in fact I had actually started to gain some back…I then decided to stop using the product for 2 months to let my system recover…

Some people say that you build up a tolerance if you use it to much…I have to be honest I did NOT stay off the product the full 40 days between rounds…So I guess I really was rushing it…I was just losing so much weight I didn’t want to stop…

The diet was established in the 1950’s by a Dr ATW Simeons…He found that when you use Hcg in conjunction with a very low calorie diet that you could lose an average on 1/2 to 2 pounds a day…You go on a 26 or 40 round of Hcg…During that time you eat a very strict diet of lean meats & certain vegetables & fruits…But only 5oo calories a day…Now before you panic & run off let me say that while I am on the 40 routine I actually have trouble consuming all 500 calories…

The Hcg causes you to burn fat for energy & you just don’t get that hungry…I also noticed that I had more energy, was in a much better mood & slept less…On the diet you get to eat things like Chicken breast, fish & 93/7 ground meat…Also vegetables like broccoli cauliflower, squash, salad, zucchini & many more…No Potato’s or corn though, they are high on the Glycemic index & are restricted from the diet…

You also get to eat some fruit…Apples, oranges, strawberries & tomato’s…No bananas’ though, again the Glycemic index…

A typical meal would include 4 oz’s of a lean meat & then 4 oz’s of a vegetable…You get that twice a day…You also get one fruit twice a day…You can have one Melba toast wafer…I found that Melba toast has actually come a long way since I tried it in the 80’s…With the advent of Garlic & sourdough I was actually quite impressed with the flavor…

You start the day with Water…The more the better to get you system started…Then you can have all the coffee you like or tea…You can have a fruit for breakfast if you feel that you need it but I found that if I waited till lunch to start eating I did much better hunger wise…

I would eat my first meal for lunch the a snack of one of my fruits a couple of hours later…Then in the evening I would have my dinner…after that for a late night snack I would have an apple…There you go an entire day on 500 calories & no hunger…But the beauty of the deal is the next morning when you get on the scale’s & find that you already weigh 1/2 to 2 pounds less than the day before…It’s that easy…

Do that for the next 40 days & you WILL weigh 20 to 40 pounds less than you do today…You can Google Hcg & find ton’s of information & testimonials of people who have lost enormous amounts of weight in a relatively short time…

After you have done the 40 day cycle you start what is called the maintenance part of the diet…For the next 21 days you can eat more calories but still no sugar or starch…What you are doing during that time is resetting your hypothalamus gland so that you don’t gain the weight back when you start eating regular again…

Funny thing though is that I found I don’t eat the same way as I did before I started the diet…I now eat considerably less than I did before…I also notice that my day is not focused around food anymore
